Homemade from day one…
Florian & Liona
We are Florian and Liona, two entrepreneurs from Réunion driven by the wish to work for ourselves and to create something that truly reflects who we are. With little means but plenty of determination, we started imagining and testing our first recipes. In April 2024, we made our first sales. The response was immediate and encouraging. Six months later, we opened our first shop. The name La Kaz Cookie came naturally: “Kaz” means “house” in Creole. Our ambition is simple — to become the home of cookies in Réunion. Today, we are building a brand that wants to celebrate the cookie in all its forms, with high standards, creativity and sincerity. Every step of our journey is guided by the same belief: offering quality products, made with heart, and sharing an experience that reflects who we are.

The heart of the shop
The first to join the adventure, Martial is much more than a salesperson: he is the warm soul of La Kaz Cookie. Always a joke up his sleeve, always a story to tell, he welcomes every customer like an old friend. With him, nobody leaves without a smile.
Muriella
The team’s barista
She embodies gentleness: creative and sunny, Muriella is the colour of our team. Vibrant and original, she has the rare gift of finding the right words when things are not going well — a coffee, a comforting sentence, and the world already feels softer. She brings the quiet tenderness that makes the shop so warm.
Sullina
Rigour with a smile
The youngest member of the team, and yet the one who reminds us all of the importance of a job well done. Efficient, serious and demanding of herself, Sullina proves every day that you can be the youngest and set the best example. She is the solid foundation our artisanal quality rests on.
Our kaz in Saint-Pierre
This is where it all happens: our cookies come out of the oven, our drinks are made at the counter, and the team welcomes you with a smile. Come and see us, the door is open.
